If you are facing some difficulties ie. Unable to fetch some emails under your Outlook or unable to send out email, then it is likely your IP address got blocked under Signetique server.
In this case, you need to check your IP public first. There are 2 kind of IPs, which are IPv4 and IPv6. In this case, we only use IPv4. So, inform our technical support your IPv4 instead.
