Some of the email send thru website for example, emails send thru contact form 7, woocommerce order emails has additional info or extra info next to the sender's name. (refer to attached image) 




Introduction:

For your info, all of the email delivery will be route to server outgoing email cluster to send the email to the recipient.

Hence, it is common that the email will be sent via spamexpertfilterl.mschosting.com since this is one of our outgoing email clusters as well.


It actually will not be affecting the email deliverability of the domain. But some customers will be bothered by it



Gmail checks whether the messages you send are authenticated.

  • If you send messages with a bulk mailing vendor or third party affiliates, prevent your emails from being blocked by Gmail. 

  • One the way to remove "via ...." text beside sender's email is to publish an SPF record that includes the IPs of the vendor or affiliates which send your messages.


Example of SPF record that includes the vendor/ outgoing email clusters.:

v=spf1 include:se.mschosting.com -all




Note: The SPF record need to be added into the Domain DNS manager
