1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > click on the "Shipping" tab.
2. Click on one of the zone names.
3. Click on the "table rate".
4. Let's say you want to create "free shipping for orders over RM50", change the minimum amount to "50", and put the label as "free shipping".
5. For the other condition, change the maximum amount to "49.99", you may change the label as well based on your preference.
6. Click "save changes" once done.
7. Repeat the same steps (step 2 - step 6) for other zones, e.g. "East Malaysia".
