1. Go to "WooCommerce" > "orders".

2. You can check some basic info here, for e.g. order ID, customer name, date of making purchase / sending quote, order status, total and shipment tracking.


  • New Quote Request: new quotation request that you have received.
  • Pending Quote: you may send the quotation back to the customer and is awaiting their response.
  • Pending Payment: The customer has agreed with the quotation but yet to make any payment.




3. To view them for more info, you may click on the "eye icon" for a quick view.

4. Or you may directly click on the order ID for detailed info.




5. This is the quick view version, click on "edit" to process it.




6. Here's the detail of the quote items.




7. Click on the "pencil icon" to add your quote price.




8. Add the total price for your item.

9. Add the total price for your tax.

10. Click "save" once done.




11. Click on the "pencil icon" to add your shipping fee.




12. Add the shipping fee.

13. Add the tax for your shipping fee.

14. Click "save" once done.




15. You may add some message before or after the quote table list, this is an optional field.

16. You may set the expired date of the quotation too. 

  • In this case, the system will send out a reminder email a few days (depends on how many days you have set in the system) before the expired date.




17. You may select "yes" on "lock the editing of fields selected above", this will disable the editing feature of the checkout fields.

18. Click "yes" on "override shipping", if you want to use the shipping method in the quote instead of the standard shipping method.

19. Click "create pdf" once done.




20. Click "send quote".




21. System will show the "order updated" message on the top.

22. And the quote status will be automatically changed to "pending quote".

23. By now, the customer will receive an email notification for the quoted price.
